REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our business, and for obvious sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any returns for any reason.  This includes dislike of scent, color, size, etc.  We make every attempt to offer proper representation of our products through pictures and descriptions.  Once orders are shipped, the sale is final.
